Dr. Robin Bordas

Robin Bordás is a registered attorney and certified tax advisor. He began his professional career at the North Budapest Directorate of the Hungarian Tax Authority as a tax auditor and tax lawyer, and then worked at the domestically founded but international law firm OPL gunnercooke in the areas of telecommunications, real estate, transaction and tax law. Robin has extensive knowledge in the field of domestic capital and stock market transactions and related tax planning, especially in the areas of acquisitions, tax disputes, EU tax law, setting up tax optimization structures, tax implications of certain financial instruments, use of tax benefits and state subsidies, financing, investment services, capital raising and VAT transactions.
